All-Purpose Cleaner Recipe That Works!
I used to buy all purpose cleaner from the store. However, I was always left wanting a better product because all though they were labeled all purpose, they really were not safe to use for all purposes, moreover they really didn’t work on doing all around cleaning around the house. I decided to try to make my own all-purpose cleaner. After testing a variety of different ingredients, I finally came to a final recipe that actually works! I no longer use scrubbing bubbles for my bathroom and another product for the kitchen, this works for cleaning the bathrooms, the kitchen, the lining of my purses and even shoes! I always do a patch test when I’m cleaning the lining of my purses or shoes because depending on the material you want to make sure that it won’t affect the color, so I recommend you do the same. Without further ado, here’s the recipe for my all-purpose cleaner.
2 Tsp Borax
2 Tbsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Dish Soap
1 cup hot water
Optional – Essential Oils for scent.
Add borax, baking soda and dish soap first. Then slowly add the hot water and allow the borax to dissolve. If you are adding essential oils, you can add then at this point, then add the white vinegar. Add more water to top off.
